For more information about the Special Ed PTO and for contact information for the Clinton PTA Special Ed PTO liaison, see below:

The Special Ed PTO provides parents with the tools and information they need to work collaboratively with the school district and to be effective advocates for their children.

The Special Ed PTO holds several meetings throughout the year to help parents network with other parents, share information about Special Education issues and educational concerns, and understand changing special education laws. We support the on-going professional development of district staff regarding special education and encourage the inclusion of children with disabilities in our communities.

Membership in the Special Ed PTO is free. All parents who have a child receiving special education services in the district or who live in the district but whose child is in an out-of-district special ed placement are already members of the Special Ed PTO.
