Our Clinton School fair is a fun few hours for the whole family! A petting zoo, huge inflatables, the rock climbing wall, games, crafts, Shakespeare performances by our very own Clinton kids, music, a human chess game, burgers, pizza, snacks….and the Book Fair is open inside! The fair is a great way to relax with your children, see old friends, and make new ones. Join us Saturday from 11-3.
And we COULD have a tic-tac-toe game to play but WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO HELP RUN IT. Email nyeromaine@gmail.com or ldgomberg@verizon.net to donate JUST ONE HOUR of your time to this fun day for Clinton families.
Food, inflatables, games range from 1-5 tickets. Nothing at the fair is more than 5 tickets. ALL ITEMS REQUIRE TICKETS. GAMES, INFLATABLES, FACE PAINTING, FOOD, SNACKS, ROCK WALL DO NOT TAKE CASH. Crafts, petting zoo, Shakespeare, human chess game are FREE.
NEW THIS YEAR: Buy a bracelet for $25. Unlimted rock wall, games, and inflatables.
See you at the fair!

Can you help out by facilitating the Human Chess Game at the Clinton School Fair next Saturday, May 18th?
The chess game is lots of fun! We need 2 adults who are willing to “move” the chess pieces (kids) and try to win the game (all the while having lots of fun)! The chess game takes about 15 minutes and happens around 12 pm. If you think you might be interested please contact Leah Gomberg ldgomberg@verizon.net. Thanks!
A reminder to 4th grade families that you are invited to join your child and art teacher Christine Tischio for our PTA Artist-in-Residence Grant Gallery Walk tomorrow, Friday, May 10 at 8:15 am.
See the clay pots and masks our children created in this series of intensive workshops with nationally known clay artist Cliff Mendelson. Talk to students about their work and enjoy some light refreshments before heading to the rest of your day.
Please enter the main door AFTER Clinton kids enter the building at 8:05. We’ll sign you in and then you can join the fun in the Clinton gym-turned-art-gallery.

Help Needed for School Fair/May18th
The Clinton School Fair is a great day of fun for all and it takes a lot of volunteers to make it as great as it can be!
The Fair is from 11—3 on Saturday, May 18th. We need help from parents (and Clinton School alumni) to make the day a success:
– Set up, starting at 8AM
– Clean up from 2:30 to 4pm
– Help with face painting
– Help with the craft area
– Help with the snack area (cotton candy, ice cream, etc)
– Help working game & prize tables
– Volunteers willing to risk getting wet working the “Sponge Throw” game
– Walking the halls of the school building periodically to ensure there is no trouble going on (great assignment for Dads!)
We will happily accept any amount of time you are willing to spend on Saturday, May 18th. If you can spare one hour, please let us know. If you can share more of your day with us, we would greatly appreciate the assistance. Please contact Leah Gomberg or Lindy Romaine. Thanks in advance for your support!
