Enrichment Dismissal Procedures

Posted April 4th, 2013 by PTA

Once again we would like to thank all of you, who picked up your children from Enrichment last Thursday, for your patience. We have a new dismissal plan which we are confident will ease the congestion at pick up, keep all the children safe, and speed up the process.

We will now be dismissing from four different doors. All parents/guardians/caregivers will still be asked to wait outside for your children and to make sure that you sign them out before leaving school. The four doors to be used are the two main doors at the front of the building, the first side door to the right (directly in front of the fence to the playground), and the first side door on the left, (on the driveway side). The following classes will be dismissed from the following doors:

Main Door (on the front left when facing the building)
Improv
Little Scientist
Making Magic
Shakespeare
Stories and Crafts

5th Grade Door (on the front right when facing the building)
Amazing Science
Elementary Egypt
Glass Fusion
Mixing Up Fun In the Kitchen B

Right Side Door: (near playground)
Comic Books for Kids
Mixing Up Fun In the Kitchen A
Photography

Left Side Door: (near driveway)
Ceramics and Clay
It’s All About Fun with Mr. Lehman

We look forward to seeing you all at dismissal tomorrow and thank you for your help!

Posted March 29th, 2013 by PTA

We would like to thank all of you who were at pick up for the PTA After School Enrichment Program yesterday for your patience and understanding. As with implementation of any new procedure, we have identified areas in need of improvement. An email will be sent before next Thursday’s session outlining any changes that have been made.

Again thank you for your consideration and watch for an email updating the changes.

After School Enrichment Info for Tomorrow 10/6

Posted October 5th, 2011 by PTA

Tomorrow October 6th is the first day of the Clinton PTA After School Enrichment Program. Please remind your child in the morning that they will be going directly to the gym at dismissal.

If your child attends the ASP program now run by the Y, you must have a late arrival form on file with them in order for your child to participate. If you have any questions regarding the forms, please contact Ms. Kim who directs the program at Clinton.

Dismissal is at 3:45pm and we ask that you enter through the front door of the school and proceed to your child’s classroom to sign them out. There will be a sign posted at the front listing the class locations as well as proctors to help direct you. Please make sure that the person signing out your child is someone that you listed on your registration form.

If your child attends the ASP program at Clinton, they will be escorted as a group back to Ms. Kim at the ASP program in the cafeteria.

If you have any questions please contact Erica Dussman.
