Only 3 more weeks ‘til school is out!
Have you decided what end-of-the-year-gift to give to your child’s teacher(s)? Here’s a thoughtful gift with no shopping involved:

Send attractive cards inscribed with your child’s personal message to a teacher, librarian, nurse, guidance counselor…any staff member at any South Orange & Maplewood District school. For a donation of $5 or more per card, you can place an order with the South Orange-Maplewood Education Foundation (SOMEF-soon to be known as the ACHIEVE Foundation), and they’ll deliver your tribute cards to staff members by June 15. School will be closed this Friday, April 2nd through Thursday, April 8th for spring break.
School will be open on Friday, April 9th, since we used more than our 2 allotted snow days this year.
