Special Education PTO is a district wide PTO that provides parents with tools and information to work collaboratively with the school district, and to be more effective advocates for their children. They are working together with the Parenting Center to host monthly meetings to help families network with other families and share information about special education concerns, successes, resources, and to navigate special education.

SOMA SEPAC

SEPAC stands for Special Education Parent Advisory Committee. Special Education Parent Advisory Groups are required for all school districts in New Jersey. The purpose of these groups is to provide opportunities for parents and community members to offer input into their district’s special education programs.
